During this installation of the software, we dedicate time to ensure that
your users are properly trained on all aspects of TeoWin. Furthermore, we
dedicate time to accomplish an effective transfer of know how. Without a
transfer of know how, your business is solely reliant on the software vendor and
at TeoWin Australia we do not believe that this is a good situation for any
business to be in.
 What is
Transfer of Know How?
Quite simply, it involves arming your employees with the internal knowledge
of TeoWin so that they are capable of:
- training new employees
- managing and updating the system
- customising the program when new ideas are generated
- developing cabinets and accessories
- updating materials and pricing
- etc
But training, or continued learning as we like to refer to it, occurs
correctly when multiple mediums are offered.
